Volley.works – A platform that brings Internet together.

Volley.works is a new startup that is superly human, trying to help others who’re looking to share their knowledge or experience or feedback from people who are super active and meaningful.

I’ve been running Skcript for over two years now, and one of the biggest problem I try to solve is to get feedback from other people. Though there are platforms like Reddit, Product Hunt and such, they all feel a little binary to me. But there’s something in Volley.works that other communities fail to provide. Which is, its superly human.

Volley.works is a Toronto based tech startup that aims to solve one problem, and one problem ONLY. It’s a community of creative people (It feels really warm in there), to make the internet more human and helpful. Whenever a Volley member post a request, for the question “What are you looking for?”, you literally get some immediate and meaningful response from one of the team members or community people. And the best thing is, these guys knew exactly what they’re talking about.

While I’m still trying out the platform, there’s something in this platform that makes me feel so very comfortable. One of the reason could be its super simple UI, which literally forces the user to only two things.

  1. You either ask a question
  2. You respond to someone else’s question

Volley recently got invested for about $500,000 by Version One Ventures to propel the platform to make the internet more human. ?
