If you are looking to change your Android Wear into a secondary display to mirror whatever you smartphone’s viewfinder is displaying, then there’s an app for that.
It was very recently that Google updated its Google Camera application to make Android Wear a Remote Control for the phone’s shutter. But today, we are looking at something even more interesting from a third-party developer. Wear Camera Remote is a new app that mirrors the viewfinder from your smartphone to your Android Wear device.
Thought the view on the Android Wear device is tiny, the app works as expected, except for some glitches. Once the app is installed on the smartphone, the Android Wear Device receives its part of the app, and once you fire up the Camera app on your smartphone, the magic happens.
Apps like these are just an example of the industry Android Wear has opened up for the App Developers. And we can’t wait to see what’s coming.
