Google+ is here to stay. Removes its ‘Real Name Policy’

If you have been watching the TV series, Person of Interest, by Jonathon Nolan, then you would have realized by this time that its is important to literally safeguard your identity online. There were people out their, doing just that already. But some of those people, wanted to get on Google+, and Google pushed them out of the ship for not having a real-name.

The internet went against Google for having this strict policy, when they rolled out the Google+ comments for YouTube. People were forced to pick fights over comments very carefully. They were not really allowed to hide their identity over some videos’ comments. But today, its all set to change. The company announced on its Google+ page that they have removed this rule, and apologized for not being clear about this policy all these years.

Welcome to the real game Google. I wish this helps you get some more active users, and live up to Vic’s dream.
