HelpStack – User Feedback done right for iOS Apps

If you are an application developer, and if you ever wanted to put in a customer feedback system, right inside the app, which is interactive, intuitive, and provides everything that you ever want from the customer who’s at the other side of the world, then, HelpStack is the one for you.

HelpStack is an amazingly new mobile help framework, that sits inside your mobile iOS application. The framework works seamlessly with third-party services like Desk.com, Zendesk and HappyFox. We had a basic overview of the framework, and we integrated it with one of our existing apps that we use internally, and we must admit, its super easy and amazing.

The framework comes with a feature set that we have been searching for sometime. The customers can report the issues from within the app, and the framework creates tickets automatically in our Zendesk dashboard. One of the most impressive feature was the ability to have real-time conversations with the user, right inside the app. Whenever a user is talking to you in real-time from the app, you can attach a screenshot, or let the user do it for you from his device with the bug he found.

To enable the developers to track and drill down the issues better, the framework has the ability to provide you with device data embedded in the tickets and messages you receive from the user.

Interacting with the customers is one part. But the major part is the feature which lets you embed the Knowledge Base of your application right inside the application.
