Amazon’s Video press event is currently underway, and the company has just announced a solution that should help quell all the pitfalls of most companies’ video streaming options. They’re calling it the Amazon Fire TV, a device made to inspire change in a market that doesn’t always get the attention and care it deserves

This hot product is named as Amazon Fire TV ,but it is not actually a TV ,it is more a Set- Top box which brings in smart TV-like features to any screen.The device was announced by Amazon in New York on April 2. It is also capable of connecting to various web vedio services and also help consumers to get access to Netflix(American provider of on-demand Internet streaming media).

Though Fire TV looks similar to Apple TV and many other streaming boxes ,it comes out with few unique features.
- The remote of Fire TV has microphone which helps the consumer to switch on to his needed channels or shows by means of speaking through microphone provided.
- It also have parental controls,which helps the parents to create many different viewing profiles for their children(upto Age 4).It is referred as “FREE TIME”.
- It can also stream music from various services (like TuneIN radio etc.).
