About two weeks ago, Valve unveiled its Steam Controller, which has an innovative touchpad to control the games on your favorite consoles in your living room. Today, the company has released a video demonstration of the Steam Controller, which shows the ability of the device to control a variety of games.
The demo video shows us some functionality of the Valve’s Steam Controller. But for some reason, the video does not demo the touch-enabled trackpads work. But on the other hand, the demo shows how accurate the Steam Controller is, when compared to other controllers that are available in the market.
At this point, all that I can say is that the Steam Controller looks pretty amazing. And we cannot comment on it until we get hands-on with the controller. The guy demoing the device would have obviously had a hands-on with the device before filming the video.
As promised, Valve will release the device to some beta testers in the months to come, and almost 300 Steam Machines will be shipped out to the beta testers later this year. Here’s the video for you to watch:
