Microsoft has sent out invites to the media for its upcoming Surface 2 event in New York City on September 23rd.
Microsoft’s next Surface tablet is already on the production line, and the device is expected to be rolled out to the public this September 23rd. But if you are one of those who’ve been following the rumor mill on Surface tablet, and if you are expecting a Surface Mini from the company during the event, you might be disappointed.
The event will reportedly witness the launch of Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2, even though the first generation Surface is considered a failure for the company. While this might be one of the few events where the company’s CEO, Steve Ballmer will be on stage, we are not sure how well this device would do in the market, and what the company has to offer in the upcoming tablet.
