Here’s how to use iPhone 5s’s burst mode in iPhone 5 running iOS 7 right now

One of the most important features that Apple showcased during the special town hall event last week was about the iPhone 5s’ camera. The rear camera got a superb boost with a lot of hardware and software features. One such feature is the burst mode in iPhone 5s running iOS 7.

But users have found that the advertised feature is also available for iPhone 5 running iOS 7, and the burst mode is not an iPhone 5s exclusive. The burst mode allows you to take rapid shots continuously.

If you are running iOS 7 on iPhone 5, then the feature is already built right into the new OS. All that you need to do is just open up the camera app, and tap and hold the camera shutter button, and boom, the device would start taking shots continuously.

We have tested this feature out in iPhone 5, but we think this feature is not hardware dependent, and might work on iPhone 4S too. There are other apps on the App Store which lets you shoot in burst mode.

iOS 7 comes with over 200 new user features and is the biggest change to the entire iOS since its first version.
