Dropbox and Mailbox app for iOS has come together to offer 1GB of free Dropbox storage which does not have an expiration time.
Mailbox is one of the most popular third party email management application for iOS, and looks like they’re trying to pull in some new users to their app with the new Dropbox promotion which is now offering 1GB of free storage to its users.
If you own the Mailbox app for iOS, then just hit the Settings menu > Dropbox > and add your account. And after a while, your Dropbox account will have an additional 1GB storage. The offer does not end anytime soon, and Dropbox has confirmed this.
I think this is a very good business move by both the companies. Mailbox launched with a huge buzz and the buzz went on for a while.
