Well, while I was exploring Pythonista like nothing else on my iPhone and iPad, there’s another news from the developer of the app, Ole Moritz, that he is working on another app, which would be a powerful Markdown editor.
I tweeted earlier today that I’ve registered the name for a new app in iTunes Connect. It’s called Editorial, and I’ve actually been working on this for over a year now.
At its core, it’s a Markdown editor for iPad, but you can also think of it as aPythonista spinoff, or a workflow automation tool, not unlike Automator.
It’s not completely done yet, but I think that I’m pretty close to the finish line. I’ll share more details over the next few weeks, but for now, I hope the screenshots below already give you a basic idea of what the app will be like.
This is going to be exciting. I’m just taking some baby steps in automating my iPad and iPhone workflow with Pythonista. Now that he’s bringing Editorial for iPad, my workflow is going to be really exciting.
