Developer of Tor, Roger Dingledine, speaks about Windows, Free Software and Govt. Surveillance

Tor is probably the safest heaven for the citizens of internet now, to possibly avoid spying from a lot of Government agencies. The project has been super successful ever since it came out to the public and it continues to do so even now.

Tor, which was originally developed by Roger Dingledine, along with Nick Mathewson, was released back in 2002, with the project name “The Onion Router“. The creator, along with Jacob Appelbaum delivered a talk at a recent conference at Technical University of Munich, and opened up about their views on the Government Surveillance programs, free software that’s available for the users and also why Microsoft Windows is not suitable for protecting users’ privacy.
