Flickr, Yahoo!’s photo sharing service, and one of the largest photo sharing site has received its redesign. Now, you know that the site has been redesigned. But then, here’s something which is really important. The site now offers 1TB of free storage for every user.
While many thought that Yahoo! has not been concentrating on its popular Photo sharing site, Flickr, the company now pushed out a complete redesign with 1TB of free storage.
As far as I remember, the site remained untouched for more than six years now, and finally…. Phew… They did it. The new redesign has put the pictures on top rather than something which never really mattered on the front.
Also, you can now store about 530,000 pictures at 6.5 megapixel on your account. If you are a photographer who cannot stop from uploading pictures, try to hit the limit and see what happens.
I’m not sure about the paid version of Flickr. But then, will keep you posted. You can follow me on Flickr right now, and do something on that.
