British Airways updated its app today for the iOS, and has clearly hinted that they’re working on a Passbook integration for the Apple devices.
While I was browsing through this article, which was talking about the Passbook integration from the flight companies, I noticed an update on my iPhone, and that was for British Airways. The app has now been updated with pricing details and other bug fixes (Yes. The bug which would forget the user credentials often is now gone). Besides the important bug fixes, the company has revealed that they’re working on integrating Passbook on iOS devices.
This might lead to the possibility of mobile checkin in the future, even for the international flights from British Airways. There are not many major changes in the app, except for these bug fixes. And I’m not sure when the Passbook integration would be complete. The version is now bumped to 4.3 and here’s where you could get the updated app.
