The version in question might be titled Windows Phone Blue.
Codename Blue is Microsoft’s effort to bring closer it’s array of devices and integrate them better so as to create a consistent and uniform platform.
In the meantime Microsoft will regularly update Windows Phone 8 with incremental changes leading up to Blue.
