Samsung rumoured to unveil the Galaxy S4, Galaxy Watch on March 14th

Electronics giant Samsung are set to announce the Galaxy S4 on the 14th of March in an event which will take place in the US.

Samsung is guarding it’s secrets surprisingly well as there isn’t a lot we know about the phone yet. If rumours are to be believed then the phone is expected to sport a 4.99″ Super AMOLED display of Full HD resolution, an Exynos 5 Octa chipset with 8-core processor, 8-core Mali-T678 GPU, 2 GB RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera with 1080p video recording and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The phone will most likely run on Android 4.2 with the latest version of TouchWiz.

Along with the Galaxy S3, Samsung also announced a whole buffet of supplementary devices and we have reason to believe that they’ll do the same this time. Akin to Apple, Samsung also seem to be working on a smart watch codenamed Project J. We wouldn’t be surprised if we saw a Galaxy Watch launched alongside the flagship phone.

Samsung haven’t issued invitations for this rumoured event yet we’ll have to wait a while before we can confirm it. Again, sparse details regarding this just show how meticulous Samsung have been. We’ll be keeing our eyes and ears wide open for “the next big thing”…
