Samsung revives Galaxy S II. Names it ‘S II Plus’

Samsung made an upgrade to its pretty old Galaxy S II smartphone at the CES 2013. The phone is now called the Galaxy S II Plus with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM with Android 4.1.2.

Samsung is making an upgrade to the existing Galaxy S II today at the CES 2013. The company has added some improvements like a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and a GB of RAM for the device. This is not the only upgrade the company has made for the device. The new S II Plus also has a 2 megapixel front facing camera, and a 8 megapixel rear facing camera.

Coming to the storage, the device has a 8GB built-in storage, and a expandable microSD card. The company is yet to reveal a pricing of the Galaxy S II Plus. As usual, we’ll keep you posted about the happenings.
