Nokia today rolled out invites for an event at this year’s Mobile World Congress 2013 at Barcelona, Spain. The invite does not reveal much information about the products that would come out, but there are rumors that the company might unveil a new Windows 8 tablet at the event.
It will be the first day of the Mobile World Congress, and it would be Nokia which will take stage at its own stall at the event. The invitation that’s been sent to the press reads: “At Home in Barcelona. Mobile World Congress Feb 25-28 2013”, with a lady holding a fork as the background.
The rumors also has it that the company would also unveil a series of new Windows Phone 8 smartphones, which the rumors claim to be EOS and Catwalk (Both are the codenames). Both these devices are also speculated to be the replacement of Nokia Lumia 920, with PureView technology.
It was last year that the company released the hot PureView smartphones running Symbian OS, which was the only downside. This year, we’re expecting Nokia to release the long rumored PureView with Windows Phone 8, and believe me, that’ll be huge.
