Facebook has sent out media invites to showcase the world what they’ve been building off late. The press invite reads “Come and see what we’re building”. While the company is expected to showcase some phone or a new Messenger for iPad or something else.
We must admit. 2012 turned out to be a brilliant year for Facebook. The company released a lot of apps, there were many changes to the UI, privacy and also the company went public. Looks like the company is already geared up for this year. Facebook has called in for a special press event, which is scheduled to happen on January 15th at 10:00AM PT.
While Mark has already said that making a smartphone is not their cup of tea, the speculations are still on the rise. The company did not reveal of hint anything about the event. We’ll keep the event covered. And we would like to wish Facebook a great year ahead.
