iCloud documents that are synced between your Mac and iOS devices can be viewed on your Mac using a simple free utility. Here’s a quick tip on how you could do that.
Apple’s iCloud has been working seamlessly for me ever since its launch, and I have to admit that it is becoming much mature than it was previously. Having said this, now that we’ve got iCloud on Mountain Lion on Mac and all other iOS devices, there are chances that some of the documents that are stored on iCloud will not be accessible on the Mac.
The best way to explain this would be to take the case of Instacast. Say that you want to access the Instacast XML on your Mac. But until now, there’s no easy way to do that. But today, we’re taking a look at how this could be achieved using an app called Plain Cloud.
Plain Cloud is a free app, which is available for download from the Plain Weather website. The app basically gives access to the iCloud documents that are synced on your Mac, in a very neat and simple way. You’ll then be able to access the iCloud documents, which would be separated with folders according to the name of the application.
