Dropbox for iOS received an update, bumping the version to 2.0 with a completely new UI for Photo uploads, completely written interface and faster performance throughout the app.
We heard it right. Dropbox has been working on a completely new app for sometime now, and this month is turning out to be a month of app updates, which were completely re-written. Today, Dropbox dropped an update to its iOS users on the App Store, with a complete new UI throughout the app, faster file uploads, better camera uploads and better performance.
The app now has a photos tab at the bottom, giving users easy access to all their photos from the app in one single tab. You can also upload files directly to a folder instead of navigating to a particular folder to upload the file in that folder.
