Microsoft Surface’s best soulmate are the Touch Covers, which comes with a keyboard that attaches with the tablet seamlessly. But now, many of the users have been reporting that the accessory is tearing apart due to poor quality manufacturing. The picture above showcases one such accessory that is experiencing this issue. The $100 accessory is depressing a lot of early Surface tablet adopters across the world according to the Surface Forums.
Responding to this issue, Microsoft has promised that they’d act quickly, and try to resolve the issue as soon as they can. The company has already started accepting replacements for such defective accessories. We’ll keep you posted about this issue as and when we get updates from the company.
