LG India launched it high-end Ultra HD 3D TV, with a record-breaking 84-inches screen in India for Rs. 17 Lakhs. The company has created a world record by making a huge difference in this segment by integrating the 3D technology into the system.
Sony has been flying high on the entertainment section, after it released a huge 84-inches HDTV recently, and looks like they were not the only one who’ve done this. LG, the company which is known for creating some high-quality entertainment gadgets have come up with their own 84-inches HD television, with 3D capabilities in it. The new theatre style TV comes with a price tag of Rs. 17 Lakhs.
While you’re amazed by the price tag it carrier, I think the TV is for those who really want to have a huge theatre style setup in their home. With some of the LG’s patented technologies like Dual-Play, which allows two users to play a multi-player game with their polarized 3D glasses ON, the TV set is just great. And it does not lack any of the features that LG has incorporated into their TV sets so far, and it does not lack any of the basic features that comes with a normal TV which is being used by common men. This is not all, the TV is very thin. We’ll put a head-on comparison between the LG and the Sony’s 84-inch TV segments pretty soon.
The TV also comes with some cool accessories like a HD camera with built-in mic, a pair of polarized 3D glasses for Dual-Play. The coolest part is that these glasses can be designer glasses too, and it might burn your pocket a few more bucks.
This is a direct head-on competition for Sony, and now that LG is providing 3D technologies in the TV sets, the company is taking the EDGE over the future technologies in today’s televisions. The 84-inches HD TV is now available at the stores in major cities in India.
