iFixit finds Microsoft’s Surface to be more repairable than Apple’s iPad 3.

iFixit has revealed that the new Microsoft Surface is much more repairable than the third generation iPad from Apple. The experts also reveal that the Surface is made of modular components and replaceable device parts all over, making it much more repairable than the iPad 3.

Microsoft Surface shot to fame with a huge fanfare, and the device is yet to get to the hands of a lot of new customers across the world. Today, as expected, iFixit, one of the most reliable gadget repair experts company, revealed that the new tablet from Microsoft is much more reliable than the Apple’s iPad 3. The interesting part is that, the devices’ battery can be removed pretty easily and can be replaced in a jiffy.

Even though Microsoft’s Surface falls short in scoring above than the Amazon’s Kindle Fire and Nexus 7, this device has taken over the iPad 3’s repairability score. Surface has got some parts that are not easy to open up, and one such thing is the rear panel. The case and the display has an adhesive material holding each other.
