Apple today announced the launch of iPad 4th generation with 2x WiFi Performance, A6X Processor, with Lightning connector, FaceTime HD Camera and much faster Graphics Performance.
Apple has updated the 6 months old third generation iPad and is now calling it the 4th generation iPad. The new iPad 4th generation comes with a new Apple A6X processor with improved FaceTime camera, LTE Support and Lightning connector.
Apple’s Phil Schiller introduced the new iPad 4th Generation as the powerhouse for performance, and promised that the new processor would perform twice as fast as the current iPad 3rd Generation. Though the new 4th Generation iPad comes with some minor improvements, the 3rd Generation iPad users are going to be feeling bad for this.
The new iPad is priced at $499 for the 16GB WiFi only model, $649 for the LTE version.
