Apple has included a slew of other Samsung devices to be banned in this patent infringement case, following the flawless victory the company had in the court few days back.
Its just over a week before that Apple had a flawless victory against Samsung in the biggest patent trial in the industry, the company has added some more Samsung devices that Apple would request to be banned for sale in the US. The entire case now has over 21 devices that Apple is accusing Samsung for infringing its patents. Apple’s slide to unlock patent is the major hold the company has to take down these devices.
The patent case now has Galaxy S III, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Tab 10.1 included. Apple has now appealed for these devices in the court. The next hearing for the case is scheduled to happen next month, and the payment process that Samsung would have to pay Apple is still not clear.
