Samsung Unveils Galaxy Note II – Comes with 5.5″ Screen, 1.6 GHz Quad-Core, and Android 4.1

Samsung has unveiled its Galaxy Note II at Unpacked Event. The Note II features a 5.5′ HD Super AMOLED screen (1280×720). Under the hood, there is a 1.6 GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 400 Mali GOPU, and 2 GB of RAM. The phone packs in a massive 3,100 mAh battery. On the back there is an 8 MP camera that can shoot 1080p videos, and a front facing 1.9 MP camera. The phone runs on Android 4.1.1 with Samsung’s own TouchWiz nature UX on top of it. Samsung has also said to bring optimized apps to support the device’s S-Pen.

The Galaxy Note II comes in Metallic Grey and Marble White, and there will be 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB variants (expandable via a microSD card).
