Microsoft has just announced that the company would now move ahead with a new Metro Windows 8 Styled logo. The marks the first logo change for Microsoft in 25 years.
While Microsoft has got a long list of products to let out to the public this fall, the company has revealed that they now have a new logo, which remembers the past and also showcases the future witht he new Windows 8 Styled four-square colored boxes. This is their first logo change in the past 25 years, and the new logo has a four-colored square boxes, with “Microsoft” written with a regular font.
Microsoft is just two months away from the public launch of Windows 8, which heavily adopts a new UI, and a radically changed core system files. Moreover, the company is also set to launch their first ever home-grown tablet device, the Microsoft Surface this fall, which would come along with a huge list of accessories.
