India, the country which we love, and in which we reside, is under a huge power surge. A major portion of North India (Uttar Pradesh) has been experiencing a huge power surge, after a power grid failure. Right from the traffic lights, to business centers, the state has gone powerless, affecting more than 600 million people in North India.

Currently, 19 states are not having power to do their regular activities, and these states are experiencing a tough time currently! The metro trains also stopped working while they were on track, with passengers trapped inside. And to add up to this news, a lot of underground coal mine workers are still trapped under the ground.

The power grids are those which transfer the electricity from the generation stations to the distributers. Now that the grids are affected, people are seeking to alternative sources of power.
