Everyone know that Apple released the new OS X Mountain Lion to the public, and the users who are eligible for the free upgrade program were under distress, since the promo codes that Apple gave to them were already expired!
When the users tried to get their copy of Mountain Lion, the Mac App Store showed an error like “This Code has already been used”, making users to contact Apple to get this resolved. Right Now, Apple representatives are taking care about the bug, but it takes at least one 24 hour to solve this.
New Mac users, including us, are experiencing this issue. And we’ve already reached out to Apple to get this resolved. While we thought we were alone, we found that many users were on the same page.
New Users who are trying to use the “Up to Date Program” would now get a message saying that the code has been already used. You might have to reach out to Apple to get it resolved.
Update: The issue has been solved. Apple issued us a new code, which was sent to our mailbox!
