One notable change is that the new beta brings VIP mailboxes and Shared Photo Stream to iPhone 3GS. The feature was missing before. One other major change is the ability to view the Shared Photo Stream pictures on the iCloud website! There’s also a new Maps settings in the Settings App now, givings us a hint that the future versions of Maps would be much more customizable by the user.
