Apple Mountain Lion OS X Goes On Sale Today at Mac App Store for $19.99!

Apple has confirmed that their next version of Mac OS, the Mountain Lion will go on sale today via Mac App Store for $19.99! The company’s CEO, Tim Cook confirmed this at the Q2 2012 Earnings call yesterday.

While Apple has been having some record breaking number of sales for the iPad and other devices, the main software that runs on their devices are very important for them. The company’s Mountain Lion is no exception. Announced at WWDC 2012 this year, that the OS will be available to the public this July, the OS is coming out today as promised. With features of the iOS, and the power of iCloud, the OS has already set a new standard for a cloud integrated operating systems for the desktops. Only computers running Mac OS, Lion and Snow Leopard, can be upgraded. Macs bought on or after June 11 can be upgraded for free via OS X Lion Up-To-Date Program.
