Looks like Sony’s concentration was on the books rather than other areas for the PlayStation Move. The company has unveiled PS Move Wonderbook, which will let the users turn physical books into a augmented reality adventure, by projecting tunnels and other passages onto the books from the device.
The Wonderbook will also let the users cast spells, dodge a dragon or a spell and other interesting things right there on a physical book. On the other hand, the users will have to look into the TV sets to know what’s happening inside the AR world on their physical book. Sony actually demoed this on a pre-E3 Press Conference, and it was pretty impressive except for the fact that the users will have to take some more steps to get this working.
The Wonderbook is now available for the Harry Potter series by JK Rowling. With this, you can cast spells and play around with some characters. The pricing and availability are still unknown. And we are expecting this to come out later this year or in the next quarter!
