HP has started off the Pre-Orders for the HP Spectre XT for $999.99 and the device will start shipping this June 22nd to the customers.
HP initially stated that the much awaited sleek notebook from the company would start shipping to the customers on June 8th, but looks like that will not happen. The company has officially stated that the notebooks would start shipping from them on June 22nd and the pre-orders have already started for $999.99 for the base configuration, which comes with a 1.7GHz i5 Ivy Bridge processor, with a 13.3-inch display and 4GB of memory and a 128GB SSD. HP is also offering some upgrade options like for the SSD and RAM with some premium.
The notebook is pretty sleek and feels light in our hands. But you will have to note that the device does not come with HDMI and VGA ports in them. If you are looking for an ultra light notebook that has the power of Windows, you should probably look at the HP Spectre XT. But if you are unsure of what ultrabook to get for your use, you should read through this article and choose the specs that you need.
