Google’s latest version of Android, the Android Ice Cream Sandwich has received a welcoming award as the Best Platform Experience, from Parsons School of Design this year.
No matter what, when compared to the first version of Android to the latest one, Google learnt and integrated a lot of services and features into the mobile operating system in every positive way possible. And now, the most least adopted mobile operating system, the Ice Cream Sandwich has got its first award. The award that was given by Parsons School of Design notes that the Android Ice Cream Sandwich is the Best Mobile Operating System that has a very good platform experience.
The award was weighed based on the improvements in the user experience from the first version of Android till the latest Ice Cream Sandwich. The personalization and the customization of the OS level features, and the openness of the platform has brought it here. And looks like so many people, actually agree with this award that the Ice Cream Sandwich has been considered as the Best Platform Experience OS on the mobile.
Comparing Android with iOS can be debatable. But at the end of the day, both operating systems are a hit and they stand tall for their own strong points. If even one Mobile OS has been inclined beyond what the user can use, it would have been a fail.
