This is real. Evernote Food has launched for Android devices today and this brings literal food sharing via your Android device with this new app.
Evernote earlier launched their Evernote Hello for Android devices and now, the largest notes taking app maker has launched the Android version of Evernote Food in the Google Play Store. With the app, users can take pictures of meals, add some more details like the kind of food, add tags or some more information and share it with your friends via Twitter or Facebook.
You can probably use this app to remember the names of food that you see in a restaurant and remember to have it the next time you are there. The app also lets you add FourSquare data to your entries. And, the entries are searchable throughout the application. There might soon be a calorie calculator in the app that would help you calculate the amount of calories you’ve consumed for that day. But for now, Evernote has only this for us.
