Nike+ Running has now been released for the Android users. The app, which lets runners track their statistics has been there for the iOS users for quite a long time, but now, it has hit the Google Play Store.
Nike has been doing a great job in creating apps, that can be paired with their shoes for sometime now. And the Nike+ Running is one among them. The new app lets runners track their statistics from within the app, and also, lets you share, and sync the stats anytime, anywhere using the nikeplus.com web service. The app has been a huge success among the iOS users, but Android was left out for sometime. And today, the company has released an official Android app: Nike+ Running for Android.
The UI is promising, and Nike calls it an Optimized for Android UI, which makes it easy to track the GPS location, route, track, speed, and also, change the songs in the playlist, while running. The app also features a Next Move feature, which encourages the runner to do more by providing instructions right there in the lock screen. The dynamic goal bar is also of much help for the users, which lets you set goals based on various factors.
You can download Nike+ Running for Android from Google Play Store.
