Google’s Chrome has finally started winning the battle. The browser has now overtook Internet Explorer as the most used browser across the globe for one full month.
Google has been struggling for so long to get to the top of the most used browser list and now, they’ve finally achieved it. Google Chrome overtook the Internet Explorer as the most used browser on Earth for a full calendar month. According to a recent statistics by StatCounter, the browser made upto 32.43% of the worldwide browser usage, overtaking IE, which was at 32.12%. Firefox then followed the lead on 25.55%. But wait, this is not over yet. IE is still dominating in some of the markets like in the UK, where it took 36.84% of usage.

But now, people have started thinking about this statistics provided by StatCounter. StatCounter actually brings its statistics from sites in which they are embedded on. Currently, it has over 3 million sites in their statistics data and this does not include many of the major sites across the globe. Nevertheless, this is a milestone for Google Chrome, ever since it was launched. Well, Firefox, you still have a long way to go!
