Nokia reveals how Nokia 808 41-Megapixel PureView is made!

A new Video Documentary from Nokia reveals how the Finnish mobile manufacture’s most criticized and amazingly awesome Nokia 808’s PureView lens are made.

We witnessed Nokia taking one of the most amazing part of the phone, the camera to the next level by introducing the PureView for Nokia 808 device at MWC 2012 this year. But since then, we’ve been wondering on how the PureView has been made and how the company is managing to get such high resolution pictures onto the device with the 41-megapixel lens in it. If you could remember, Nokia also made an ad with the PureView camera and aired it over various medium.

The video reveals some interesting stuff like how the concept came into picture and how hard it was to make it real. The concept of PureView was originally obtained from a Tokyo bar, and then, it was conceptualized to adjust to real world entities and finally made it to the device.
