Mountain Lion to be available on the Mac App Store on 11th June! iCloud to be expanded with more features!

The next intermediate update to the Mac OS X Lion is due this summer. Our sources say that the software will be available as a digital download on June 11th at WWDC 2012, soon after Phil Schiller announces the OS.

The Mountain Lion was unveiled few months back to the public, but the builds were restricted to the developer community. But for all those users who are waiting to get  their hands-on with the OS, you’ll have to wait until June 11th to get your copy of the OS. It is also said that the final version of Mountain Lion is due to be completed a two weeks before the event and also, the Servers are buffed up to manage the huge amount of traffic.

The recent downtime of iCloud is also said to be due to the migration activity that’s happening in the backend. And the iCloud would reach a new mature level this summer. All the teams at Apple are working so hard to get the production versions of the applications. Moreover, our source also hinted that iPhone 3Gs is being dropped. This is just another clue that the next iPhone is pretty much inline!

P.S.: If you can read our archives, from day one, we haven’t spread rumors. We wanted to let this know since we strongly believe in the source we spoke to!
