Apple unveils new ‘Free App of the Week’ section on the App Store!

Apple has started off with a new section on the iOS App Store today, Called Free App of the Week. This new section on the app store would reveal one free app for a week to be downloaded onto your iOS device.

Apple today started to offer Cut the Rope: Experiments,  a puzzle game for both iPhone and iPod, for free in the new Free App of the Week section on the iOS App Store. The section will offer a paid app for free for one full week. This is the first time Apple has taken a step forward to spread offers over the iOS App Store, while the app developers have been doing it for a long time now.

Apple has been offering the Free Single on the iTunes Store for a long time now, this isn’t pretty new for Apple. May be these are just signs that Apple is having something big for us at this years’ WWDC, which would start from June 10th! And for the first time, Apple announced this over App Store’s official Twitter Account (@AppStore)
