Instagram launched just about a few days back on Android and then was acquired by Facebook for $1 Billion in cash along with Shares. Ever since Facebook acquired Instagram, the photo-sharing social network had a huge (Really Huge) jump in the user base. Instagram now has over 40,026,379 and growing users and is expected to grow in the coming months, this year.
The interesting social networking app had 10 million users about a few weeks back and now, it has grown 4 times the user base. Many of the analysts and users thought that Facebook has shed a lot of money on the social network and now, looks like Facebook will not have regrets on this purchase.
