Glassdoor has revealed a list of Top 25 Highest Rated CEO’s on the planet and Tim Cook happens to be taking the first place with 97% acceptance rate. Jim Turley follows the lead for Ernst & Young with 95% acceptance rating. The ratings are based on the reviews provided by anonymous employees of the company and what they think of their CEO in the past 12 months. The ratings are compared against a 5-point scale, from Strongly Approve to Strongly Disapprove. Glassdoor also reveals that the ratings were made by more than 280,000 employees this time.
The Apple employees seems to be very happy with their new CEO and one of the employees says, “I think leadership is doing an amazing job. We have the best management team anywhere,”. Some employees have also noted that the Apple Inc. is also the best company to work for. These are definitely Steve’s legacy. He not only left a great company to us, but he actually left a work culture in its DNA.
