Samsung Galaxy S II priced at $230 is coming to US Cellular Soon!

Samsung has announced that the most powerful Android Phone, Galaxy S II is coming to US Cellular for just $230  with a Two-year contract and a $100 mail-in rebate.

FCC has approved to bring Samsung’s Galaxy S II to US Cellular anytime soon. The company has officially announced the launch of Samsung’s iconic and powerful Android phone currently present in the market by detailing the product’s pricing and other plans. The exact date for the availability is yet to be disclosed.

This powerful Android phone comes at $230 on a two-year contract with US Cellular and a $100 mail-in rebate. If you’re not aware of Samsung Galaxy S II’s specs, the phone sports a 1.2Ghz dual-core Exynos CPU with a 4.5″ Super AMOLED Plus display which is crystal clear and is worth the buy. But the only downside is that the phone runs Android 2.3, but Samsung have got plans to get ICS update onto the phone. Unfortunately, the device will not be supporting the LTE technology that US Cellular would be bringing pretty soon on their networks.

US Cellular has posted the product details page and rebates on their website over here. If you are an Android fan, and want a powerful smartphone that would lack LTE, then this phone is for you!
