HTC Unveils One X with 1.5GHz Tegra 3 Processor, Sense 4.0 and 8MP Camera

HTC has unveiled the HTC One X. The next in the One series of smartphones from HTC. While HTC One V is an Entry-level phone and HTC One S is a Mid-range phone, the HTC One X promises to do more with its configuration, placing it in the high-end phones category. The device comes with a 1.5GHz quad-core Tegra 3 CPU with a 1GB RAM (DDR2). The display is super amazing with the 4.7-inches capacitive touch with Super LCD 2 non-PenTile series screens. The UI is pretty much the same when compared to the other two models of the One series of HTC phones. The Sense UI 4.0 makes us feel that the phone was made for this UI and how an Android phone can look this cool. The phone also sports a 8 megapixel camera, same as that of the One S and is capable of recording 1080p videos.

I initially had less expectations when HTC announced these phones, but the HTC One X changed everything I had in my mind and has impressed me when I held the phone in hand for the first time. With all the configurations that a smartphone geek would want, and with a gorgeous new Sense 4.0 UI that every designer would want and with the speed of thought that evert businessman would want, HTC One X would be a clear winner in the market if marketted well. This phone has been the best of all the HTC phones that were released since they started off. And Samsung, might have to look into this, since they would definitely be loosing market to HTC from this point of time.

The HTC One X is expected somewhere around April first week from AT&T. If you are looking for a very powerful smartphone that can be your home computer replacement, HTC One X would be the one we’d recommend.
