HP’s CEO Meg Whitman has revealed some key strategies that the company would follow this year and the company is expecting to make a Multi-Year transformation. Meg Whitman said to The Wall Street Journal that HP would take sometime to recover from a bad year.
She also announced that the company is planning to release a tablet this year (Which would NOT be the TouchPad) and that it would sport the latest Windows 8 OS on it. We all know by this time about how bad HP was hurt with the HP TouchPad last year and now, the company strongly believes that they still have hopes to perform well in the tablet market this year, with the help and hype of Windows 8. We too have a feeling that HP would gain its pace again in the tablet market and the Windows 8 tablet might do the trick for the Palo-Alto based company.
