Looks like Google has been missing payments for the developers who have their paid apps hosted on Google Play this month. An official statement has been posted on the Google Play’s Developer console stating that they are aware of this issue but failed to reveal more information on when this would be resolved.
Google pays out the payments to developers on 7th of every month and the February’s Payment, which is scheduled to be paid on March 7th has been skipped. Google takes up 30% of the income from the developers who have their apps on the Google Play and the remaining 70% of the payment goes to the developers.
On inquiring this, Google reported that they are investigating the issue and are working towards resolving it. But as of now, no progress has been made by Google. Developers got furious when they found it hard to contact Google on this issue and Google’s response was in no way getting to the developers for their queries. The Google’s forum has now been flooded with queries about this issue:
“They seem to think no direct contact is a good thing??? Crazy situation but that’s how these big corps work and until it hurts their bottom line nothing will change,”

The problem has now reached its peak and now the developers are getting annoyed for Google not responding to them. Earlier this week, a message was posted on the Developer Console with a Learn More link, which lead to a 404 page.
