Google has rolled out a new feature to Gmail, which tells you why it moved an email message to the spam folder. The world’s largest and most advanced consumer email service gives you some interesting answers for dumping an email message from the Inbox folder.
The service now checks if the message was really sent by some of the online services or was it just spam. Here’s an interesting message that Google showed when a spam email hit my inbox and then moved to Spam folder:
“our systems couldn’t verify that this message was really sent by youtube.com”
Gmail has been constantly becoming smart in identifying the difference between the Junk and Spam folders. With this new roll out, people are going to checkout their Spam folders atleast to know what messages Gmail gives for moving a message to Spam folder.
