Apple’s WALT Landline Telephone hits the eBay. Even the landlines were ‘smart’ with Apple!

Apple’s WALT Prototype, which was showcased at the Macworld Boston back in the early 90s where Steve Jobs was away from Apple, working on NeXT, has now hit the eBay for Bid. The product stayed at the Apple’s garage forever after. WALT, which stands for Wizzy Active Lifestyle Telephone has a touchscreen, in-built fax support, handwriting recognition, address book, caller ID system, online banking and also a speakerphone system in it.

It was actually not an all-things-by Apple product, but the device was made in association with Bell South. If this had hit the market back in the 90s’, we aren’t aware of how many people would have got this, but it would have been one of the most innovative products placed at the Computer Museum. If you can afford for one, just go ahead hit the source link below and get them.
