We have seen Kinect, which lets you control the games via hand and body gestures. And we have been seeing the typical mouse and game controllers to control games on different devices. But now, here’s something interesting. Pah!, a very popular game that debuted on the iOS App Store lets you control the game by voice. The app has now hit the Windows Phone Marketplace for $1.99.
The game went from iOS to Android after tasting success in the iOS App Store and then has come over to the Windows Phone Marketplace. The developers of the game say that due to the very closed system, they found it difficult to make the voice recognition work on the Windows Phone and wasn’t as easy as it was in the Android and iOS platforms.
Pah! has a very simple plot. It is a scrolling shooter game which would move up when you should Ahhhhh!!!! and to fire at your enemy, you need to shout “Pah!” and Boom! your laser fires. The game uses both voice and gestures to guide your ship to the finish line and We at The 4Cast had so much fun playing it. We think the devs has thought out well, and this is the only game that is controlled by voice in the store at the moment.
