Apple has updated iTunes to 10.5.3 to enable better sync with the new iBooks 2 which was unveiled later today. Here’re the download links of the iTunes 10.5.3.
A quite while after announcing the iBooks 2, iBooks Author, Textbooks section and some more at the special media event at NYC today, Apple has pushed the update for iTunes, to allow syncing interactive books with iBooks to your iPad. These textbooks are multi-touch and has gestures built-in.
The textbooks are available for download from the iTunes Textbooks section and they give you a free sample option. Whereas the textbooks costs $14.99.
You need to have the iTunes 10.5.3 to sync your interactive books with iBooks 2 on the iPad. Here’s the change log:
